专利摘要:
1483956 Conveying bank notes DE LA RUE GIORI SA 6 March 1975 [26 March 1974] 9271/75 Heading B8A In a process for conveying and collating bank notes in bundles, those bundles which contain imperfect notes are withdrawn at one position in the process and are replaced by dummy bundles. At a later stage the imperfect bundles (having been rectified) are replaced in their original position in the stream, in place of the dummy bundle, so as to avoid errors occuring in the serial number of the notes in each series of bundles. Sheets 1 on which 24 notes are impressed in four columns and six rows, are supplied in successive stacks of 100 sheets to the input A of a cutting machine having four stations C1-C4 after which the stacks are transformed into bundles 3 of one hundred individual notes. At a station G, each bundle is subject to a detector which causes any bundle comprising an imperfect note, to be diverted to a conveyer 95. In each space left by a diverted bundle is inserted a dummy bundle at a station K. Each diverted bundle is reformed at a station S and fed on to a conveyer 97. The main stream of bundles is fed by a conveyer 91 into compartments of one or other of two rotary conveyers M1, M2. Each conveyer M1, M2 comprises 24 radially disposed compartments. Each of the latter receives ten bundles. While conveyer M1 is being filled with bundles, M2 is being discharged (on to a respective branch of a conveyer 92), and viceversa. At stations N1, N2 operators replace the dummy bundles with reformed bundles from the conveyer 97. The packets of ten bundles are then banded at station O. The band is printed at station P. The packets are successively tumbled on to their sides and subject to wrapping at station Q, from whence they are collected in lateral rows on a conveyer belt 94. The rotary conveyers M.-The twenty-four magazines are defined by pillars 30 and radially extending members 31. The base of each magazine is formed by a member 42. The twenty-four members 42 are carried by a ring 43 that is in threaded engagement with three rods 35. The latter carry respective sprockets 39 which are connected by a driving chain to a sprocket 41. The latter is normally stationary. Thus when the magazines rotate and successively receive bundles from the conveyer 91, the members 42 (which start in the upper (broken line) position in Fig. 5), are lowered by the thickness of one bundle for each complete rotation of the conveyer. When each magazine is filled with 10 bundles the packets so formed are discharged from the magazines by a pusher 50.

commands on the bottom upward movement or BRrfta .r, 3M overload transported to the gripping elements of the supplementary conveyors consists of double-arm levers, a power cam for interacting with two levers and two stopping elements for blocking one of the Eichagov while the other arm is working. --- - ------- - /: - - - - - - Each means for alternately withdrawing stacks from magazines from a power cylinder, mounted on a corresponding Column, is tolka bodies mounted on the stem of the syLa cylinder. FIG. 1 shows the described machine, a general view; in fig. 2 - bars of bans with an overload mechanism of transported packs; in fig. 3 something. same, side view; in fig. 4-drums in different boot positions; in fig. 5 - axial section of the drum; in fig. b - section A-A of FIG. five; - .9. The numbered printed banknotes are piled by the stack 1 to the first cutting device 2, in which a sheet edge is cut on the left side of the pack in the transport direction (Fig. 1). At the control station 3, bundle sheets are automatically read: Each patch contains 100 sheets. Then, the direction of transport is carried out on the second device 4, the front edge of the pack 1 is cut in the direction of transport and then pasj Division of pack 1 into strips 5, the width of which corresponds to the length of the banknote format. In the third cutting device 6, strips are cut on the left side of the strips in the direction of transport. Then, the transport direction of the strips 5 is changed to 90, and in the fourth cutting device 7, the cutting strip B is cut at the leading edge in the direction of transport. Next, the strips 5 rae; they are divided into separate bundles of 8, containing 100 banknotes, cut out in the final format. Separate packs: 8 are moved along the conveyor 9, on which, after changing the direction of transport, they get into the device 10 for tying packs by 90, and then an imprint is made in the printing mechanism 11. The bound packs 12 pass through the control means in the form of a detector 13, which, if there is a defect, the banknote in the general stack generates an alarm signal transmitted to the selection device 14, which passes the pack 12 after changing the transport direction by 90 ° to the conveyor 15. At position 16, packs 12 can be displaced crosswise to each other, with the result that one of the packs is rotated 90 °, which ensures the same height of the packs. Packs 12 through the distribution section 17 are fed to the na4ek picking device in stacks, co. holding drums 19 and 20 mounted on vertical columns 18, Bundles 12 are distributed in such a way that after filling one drum, the next packs are sent to the other drum without a break until it is full. Each drum 19 and 20 has a uniformly distributed number of stores 21 on its perimeter, equal to the number of securities series being processed (there are 24 of them in the device under consideration). The central column 18 is mounted on the base 22. A drum case 23 is rotatably located around the column with a rotary plate 24 and a disk cover 25. The shops 21 have radial partitions 26 and bottoms 27 that are movable relative to them, mounted on a common ring 28, which has the corners of an equilateral triangle are threaded rods 29. The drum body 23 is suspended below the roller bearing 30 on the upper trunnion 31 of the column 18. The rotary plate 24 carries the worm wheel 32, which with the help of the ball bearing 33 rotates a base around the column 18 and engaged with the worm 34. The screw 34 planted on the drive shaft 35 (Figure 4) of the motor (not shown) which drives the reels 19 and 20.. The threaded rods 29 are rotatably mounted in bearings 36 and 37 (Fig. 5) mounted on the disk cover 25 and the plate 24. The threaded rods 29 are screwed into the respective sections of the supporting parts 38, which are fixed on the ring 28.. Each threaded rod 29 carries a chain wheel 39. The sprockets are connected to one another endless chain 40, which passes through a central sprocket 41, directed towards the crown 42. The side is rotatably fixed below the roller bearing 30 with a ball bearing in the trunnion 31 and carries gear 43, located coaxially to the central wheel 41 The gear 43 is meshed with gear 44, which is mounted on shaft 45 of engine 46 fixed with holder 47 on column 18.
When the drums 19 and 20 are operating, the engine 46 is in a state of rest, i.e. it is inhibited, and the sprocket 41 and chain 40 remain in a fixed state. As the drums 19 and 20 rotate, the sprockets 39, mounted on the threaded rod 29, are rolled on the chain 40 fixed by the motor 46 so that the threaded rods 29 rotate and the ring 28 about the movable bottom 27 moves downwards. the gear ratio is chosen so that the bottom 27, when the drum rotates, is displaced by a distance corresponding to the height of the stack of banknotes. The height of the pack 12 arriving at each turn of the drum is constant all the time if the feet are fed to the store 21.
Before the loading of the drum begins, the bottom 27 is in its upper end position of FIG. 5, dashed line.
This upper end position of the bottom 27 is selected so that the height of the fall between the edge 48 of the distribution table 49 (Fig. 3) and the bottom 27 is insignificant, as a result the bundle 12 entering the magazine 21 does not turn over.
Below the plane of the distribution table 49, two levers 50 and 51 of the transfer mechanism of the transported units% are placed with the possibility of turning. the upper tips 52 and 53 of the levers 50 and 51 are designed as guide fingers.
Depending on whether the packs should leave one or the other drums, lever 50 or 51 is driven through the drive cam 54, while the other lever is locked with the help of an electromagnetically activated stopper element 55 or 56 and becomes stationary in its dead position. / the point at which the corresponding spikes 52 and 53 are below the plane of the distribution table 49.
Flip 50 (Fig. 3} using the rotating drive cam 54 alternately oscillates back and forth and shifts the pack 12 on the distribution table 49 in the area of operation of the device for transporting securities to the processing positions including two additional conveyors 57 and 58 with gripping elements 59 for guiding packs to magazines of 21 drums.
As long as the lever 50 is working smoothly, i.e., it is freed from the retaining element 56 pulled back, the other lever 51 is inefficient and thanks to the locking element 55 being in its locking position (Fig. 3) is blocked in the right dead point
The conveyor 58 is loaded from the lever 5i and directed to the drum 20. Switching the locking elements 55 and 56 takes place using an electronic counter element (not shown) always in the event that 1 pack 12 required to completely fill the drum is reached
19 or 20 using conveyor 57 or 58..
Conveyors 57 and 58 rotate around vertical axes 60, b1. so that with the help of cylinders 62 and 63 with compressed air, the pistons of which are pivotally connected to the conveyors 57 and 58, can be removed from the area of the corresponding drums ".
The circumferential speed of the drums 19 and 20 is matched to the speed of the conveyors 57 and 58 and is chosen so that the next packs follow each other 21. .
The number of stores 21 bursts 19 and 20 corresponds to the number / value of the positions of a series of banknotes In this case there are 24 of them.
If the drum is completely filled, the bottom 27 is in the lower position (in Fig. 5 it is shown in solid lines), while the next packs G2, coming from the distribution section 17, are connected to the other drum. The filled drum is disconnected from the drive shaft 35 or disconnected from the corresponding drive motor due to, for example, the bottom 27 or ring 28 in the final position attaches a limit switch (n shown).
Then, all stores 21 are gradually loaded with means for alternately withdrawing stacks from stores, containing a pusher 64 located on the rod 65 of the power cylinder 66. The pusher 64 directed to the conveyor 67 has a height corresponding to the heights of the tutus in the store 2l and displaces the whole pack from the store on .transporter67
Conveyor 67 consists of two transporters on both sides of it with opposite directions of movement. .

20, motor 46 is turned on, thanks to 4 & vy through gear 44 and gear wheel 43 rotates central wheel 41 II chain 40. as the drum stops threaded rods 29 rotate in the opposite direction, so that the ring 28 with the bottom 27 screw in the upper end position. In this end position, the motor 46, preferably controlled by a limit switch, stops and is in a retarded state. The drum is now in working position again and through the distribution section 17 can be put into operation for the purpose of re-loading the packs. Thus, if at the moment one drum is unloading, the other drum is filled. The holes are located on the inner side of the drum and, accordingly, the width of the pusher 64 is somewhat less than the width of the foot, so they are tightly attached to the parts of the body 23 at a certain position. The store 21 has a protective grid 68 to prevent it from falling off. . In case a banknote has a typo, it is removed to conveyor 15 and is taken to participant 69 of the exchange of securities, which operates semi-automatically. A banknote with a typo registers with and is replaced by a note without defect from special 6apa6atHal. The entered banknotes are automatically counted with and registered. The banknotes are then processed in a parcel machine 70, monitored by detector 13 and checked for completeness using banknote counter 71. The restored and tested steps 72 using conveyor 73 passing across conveyor 74 are transported near the drums 19 and; 20 and there They are distributed in stores in their original places at the 75 and 76 feet exchange positions. When exchanging banknotes with misprints in the exchange area 69 and subsequent control of the restored feet 72, the processing of suitable stops on the main conveyor without interruption continues. In order to eliminate interference and anger irregularities, the numbering sequence when sorting stops in drums 19 and 20 at position 77, located in front of the distribution section 17, each empty space when removing a foot is automatically replaced during transportation by a false foot 78, which consists of a block with format and thickness, about normal with a normal foot. due to the introduction of the foot f 78, the correct numerical stop sequence is maintained when sorted in drums. The place of the false foot is marked. Each false stop 78 can easily be picked up at a 75 and 76 stop exchange position and can be replaced by a manually restored foot. The finished packages 79 are then monitored by the counter 80 for the presence of all 100 banknotes. In front of the machine 81 there is a control about the presence of a false foot. The false foot insertion area containing the receiver 82 can be placed on the distribution section 17 (Fig. I, dashed line). From receiver 82, false stops 78 are fed to the free space. Replacing the false foot 78 with the restored 72 can occur behind the reels 19 and 20, for example, on the conveyor 67 or 73, and then there is only one stop replacement position, and the counter 80 is located behind this section. ka After passing through the detector 83, the packets 79 gtopa fall into the parcel machine 81, in which the packets are tied. Then on the wrapped packages in the printing device 84 nanozts otk.sk ... The transferred packages are transferred from their direct position to the horizontal one; At position 85, the bags are packed in a thermoplastic film of synthetic material and carried to a shrinkable shaft in which the film is removed. The installed packages 86 are fed to the conveyor 87 of the orienting device 88, which has a receiving capacity for the packages corresponding to the number of the security position series. As soon as the conveyor 87 is filled with packages 86, the entire sequence of 24 packages with banknotes using the valve 89 is displaced in the direction of arrow B. Moreover, with the help of adjustable guide rails, each row of packages of the same series is separated from the adjacent row of packages of another series. The packages are then driven by their own weight on an inclined surface and packaged in boxes. Claim 1.
